INTEGRATED BIOENGINEERING WELCOMES AIDAN CAIG AS WATER PROCESS DESIGNER

Aidan Caig is passionate about the medical cannabis industry, and as Integrated Bioengineering’s Regional Water Process Designer, he’ll put that passion to work, helping our clients grow their businesses.

Aidan’s responsibilities will include building business relationships with clients, serving as a technical expert in water process and water management, and working on piping and pump projects, piping isometrics, P&IDs, PFDs, pump analysis, piping analysis, specifications, equipment selection, and more.

Aidan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanic Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2021 and earned his CSWA certification in 2018. During his time in college, he focused on additive manufacturing, CAD modeling, and HVAC design. A major project was working with AMBOTS to implement new methods for future products and a simplified HVAC building design project.

Aidan’s strength lies in adapting and formulating a plan to address tasks. “I actively listen to others when part of a team, making sure that all voices are heard, and the best solution is chosen as decided by the whole,” he says.

As a lover of the great outdoors, Aidan not only earned the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America, but he also worked for three years as an Outdoor Supervisor and Trip Leader at UREC Outdoors in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Aidan’s Eagle project for the Boy Scouts of America consisted of designing and constructing soundboards for his local high school, a project in which he led a team of 15 people.
