Integrated Bioengineering welcomes Owen Sizemore as a newly appointed Financial Business Advisor to its growing Advisory Board.
Owen brings vast experience in accounting and finance to Integrated Bioengineering’s team. He currently works at Brady Ware & Company, a regional CPA firm, as a Manager of Valuation and Due Diligence services.
Owen provides business valuation, litigation support, and financial due diligence services across a variety of industries, with a specialty focus on breweries and distilleries. His appreciation for breweries and distilleries began when he was a teenager. He came home from school one day and was invited to enjoy a small pour with his dad and his golf buddies. He listened intently as the men shared tasting notes, laughed, and enjoyed the camaraderie centered around friendship and a high-quality whisky. This experience serves as his “why” and he now enjoys providing accounting and finance services to this industry.
Along with performing business valuations for tax purposes, litigation support, and mergers and acquisitions, Owen also has experience with purchase price allocations and valuations of complex securities.
Prior to his career in public accounting, Owen was a Marine and served a tour in Iraq’s Anbar Province.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. Owen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He also serves on the board for the Disability Foundation in Dayton, Ohio.
